Balance is a state of being that we all deserve. It’s hard to achieve with the demands of life. Whether it’s work, family, busy schedules, or just general stress, we’re all pulled way too thin. As exhaustion sets in, you notice the things you’ve always done to support your health, no longer work. You drift further and further from a balanced state and further away from being YOU. It’s easy in this state to chalk it up to getting older. After turning 40, I did the same thing. I spent several years working on my health, eating right, exercising, living a healthy non-toxic lifestyle. Even after doing all the “right” things, I too struggled to find a balanced state. Not only did I carry a few extra pounds, but the fatigue and brain fog were an extra kick in the gut.
Everything changed a few short weeks after embarking on this journey. More energy, more clarity, and I finally shed the extra 16lbs I was so desperate to lose. It was not calorie counting, crazy recipes, or extreme exercise. It was actually the simplest plan I have ever followed! Now, I no longer worry about my clothes not fitting, or starting my fitness journey 6 months before a vacation - only to be disappointed that I didn’t get to where I needed to go. I feel healthy, confident, and balanced. Now I’m here to provide you with the tools to do the same thing. Join me on this journey.
